TeamX standard is 8 week game season (weather permitting) with games held on Saturday mornings and early afternoons. Each game is 40 minutes in duration.  Age groups are strictly enforced. Not players can turn the next age before the cutoff. If you wish to submit a request for an exception. It must be for a female player with less than age group skills or the player must have a documented mental or physical disability. Player and coach requests are not honored if player is outside the age division. We have tried this in the past and have had to many issues allowing players that had turned the next age within a month or two of the age cutoff. Age cutoff for the spring 26 season is 4/1

Upcoming and Current Seasons 

2026 Spring  Flag Season.

Season will be 8 weeks:

6 weeks will be regular season games not all teams will play all  6 weeks.
2 weeks will be playoffs championship games.
Practice can start beginning of April. Games will start last week of April or First week of May

it is possible for double headers during the season. Reschedule of Game is only for weather cancellations. All coaches are parent volunteers so please volunteer to help. 

Game Location:
If there are less than 3 teams at any location the games will be played at the nearest location They all will have games at Qtown/Sellersville if not 3 or more teams except for 14u and 17u which will always have  travel games

for example if there are 2 teams at Quakertown and 3 teams in Green Lane the Games for that age group would be in Green Lane.

Dates and Times:  

Season Start and End dates based off season registrations (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)
Late Registration: TBD or until full or until season begins. ($35 Late Fee Applies)

Travel between Quakertown and Green lane locations should be anticipated for all levels when teams are less than 3 teams at location. If there are 4 or more teams there is  no travel except in the older 2 divisions it happens every season there is travel in the older groups to provide more competitive games.

Coaching:
All coaches are volunteers. Please volunteer to help out your players team. If coaches fall short of the teams and admin coach will step in for game days only these teams can will only have game day coaches. Practices are determined by the volunteer coaches. League doesn't have any scheduling or control over time and place of practices.

Making the Correct Jersey Size Selection: Please note due to changes in the NFL's jersey vendor and the addition of lettering, all jersey purchases are final. 

It is very important for you to be accurate when making your YNFL Jersey Size selection. All Jersey purchases are final. This is the NFL fulfillment center requirement.  

Please use the sizing chart and the general weight trends that we have compiled from others when deciding which size jersey to order. It is also helpful if you have a jersey from a previous season to try that one on to gauge the size you will need for the current season. 

The weight guide below was compiled based on how most people ordered their jerseys. It is provided for you as a guide. Some prefer tighter fitting jerseys others prefer more loosely fitting jerseys. ALL JERSEY SIZE SELECTIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON MAKING THE SELECTION. TeamX Sports will place the initial order but any additional transactions involving jerseys will occur directly between the registrant and the jersey supplier.  

If you have a jersey from the prior season please  use it as a guide when making your selection for this upcoming season

Youth Sizes:
35lbs to 45lbs (top end 50 to 55lbs) – Youth Small
50lbs to 65lbs (top end 70 to 75lbs)– Youth Medium
70lbs to 85lbs (top end 90 to 95lbs)– Youth Large
90lbs to 115lbs (top end 120lbs) – Youth Extra Large

Adult Sizes:
120lbs to 140lbs (top end 145lbs) Adult Medium
145lbs to 160lbs (top end 165lbs) – Adult Large
165lbs to 195lbs (top end 200lbs) – Adult Extra Large
200lbs and up - Adult XXL

Refunds are offered if season is cancelled which will show as a credit in your account to be used towards the next season. No actual check or cash refunds are offered.
